A proud Aboriginal organisation supporting NDIS participants stay connected to culture, community, and country.
Your Journey. Your Outcome.
Our approach ensures that each person’s journey is guided by respect, self-determination, so that individuals and families can navigate the NDIS system with confidence, and gain the support they need to thrive.
Solutions tailored to you.
Your voice. Your choice.
We see the gaps where mainstream services fail to meet the needs of our mob. Many of our people struggle with navigating the NDIS, finding culturally appropriate support, and feeling truly heard. Our approach is simple: we listen, we understand, and we act.
Culturally safe guidance through applications, planning, and ongoing support.
Mentoring, group excursions, and cultural programs to help you reconnect.
From mental health assistance to daily living tasks, our team is here to lend a hand.
Our support workers walk beside you, offering real, meaningful help without judgment.
We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the lands and waters on which we work and live. We acknowledge our elders as they hold memories to the connections of the land, waters, and sea. We also respect the power of our youth; with the hopes they bring a brighter tomorrow.
Our logo is more than an image—it’s our story. The emu, a symbol of resilience, never takes a backward step. It walks alongside the flowing waterways—fresh, salt, and muddy—representing the land and the deep connections we share. Just like our logo, our mission is to keep our people connected, strong, and proud of who they are.
